Overview

The Staff List Tab in Foresight Connect’s Administrator Role Account is designed to manage all staffers in the organization and monitor users granted access to the platform. In case of any changes in the staff, the administrator can quickly locate an employee and revoke their access to sensitive data stored in the application. Additionally, suppose an email address needs to be updated. In that case, the administrator can uninstall access via the Staff List Tab, update the user’s email, and reinstall their access without losing any data associated with the employee. This ensures smooth transitions and robust control over user management.

Working in the Staff List Tab is the next step after creating security groups. At this stage, you’ll assign users to the security groups you’ve already created, ensuring that each employee is adequately categorized and has the appropriate level of access within the platform.

Adding Staffers

To add users, follow the steps below:

Log in to the Administrator Role Account ➡ Go to the Staff List ➡ Click the Add Staffer button
The Add Staffer popup will appear. To add a new user to your organization, you will need their first name, last name, work email, and information about the user's access level.  You must install the user's access to grant them access to the platform. Proceed to the next section of the article to learn more.

Installing Platform Access

For users in the organization to log in and seamlessly use Foresight, you need to install their access to the platform. To do this, follow the steps below:

Log in to the Administrator Role Account ➡ Go to the Staff List ➡ Click on the staffer’s name ➡ Navigate to the Platform Access section ➡ Click Install button

After the access is installed, the content of the section will change.

The next step is to invite the user to the platform. Send a link or use the shortcut button Send invitation mail to send the message automatically with a single click.

Bulk Edit 

We provide the Bulk Edit option to help you manage user updates. This feature lets you quickly change the Security Groups assigned to users.

Select the employees you want to apply changes to and specify the type of change you want to make.

Troubleshooting: Changing Email Address in Foresight

Log in to the Administrator Role Account ➡ Go to the Staff List Tab ➡ Select the Staffer and click on them ➡ Click Uninstall button ➡ Click the Edit button in the top right corner ➡ Change the email address ➡ Click Save button ➡ Install Access to the platform by clicking Install button ➡ Resend an invitation email 

You can edit all user information at any time. To edit a user’s first and last name, click the Pencil button in the top-right corner.

The exception is the email address, which is more securely protected and requires uninstalling access to the system before it can be changed.

Follow the steps below to change the email address in Foresight easily: 

1. Log in to the Administrator Role Account. Go to the Staff List tab and find the email you want to edit. 

2. Click the Uninstall button to remove the staffer's platform access temporarily. Don't worry—you won't delete any data this way. The only thing you will do with this option is temporarily block the possibility of logging in.

3. After disabling the access, go to Edit. As you can see, it’s editable now.

4. After disabling access, navigate to 'Edit' and make any desired changes to the email address.

5. Enable staffer's access to the platform and send an invitation email so they know they can log in now.
