This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add public holidays for an organization in the administrative panel. Foresight Connect offers three methods for adding holidays: selecting from a predefined list of holidays based on a country, importing holidays from various countries and customizing them manually, or adding custom holidays specific to your company. This flexibility ensures organizations can create accurate and tailored holiday calendars to meet their unique scheduling needs.
Navigating to the Public Holidays Settings
Log in to the Administrator Role Account ➡ Go to the Settings Tab ➡ Find Public Holidays Section |
Importing Public Holidays for a Specific Country
Click the drop-down menu ➡ Select the country whose holidays you want to import into the system ➡ Click the Apply button to save changes |
Public Holidays Custom Import
Turn on the Custom Public Holidays toggle ➡ Click the Import button at the bottom of the table ➡ Select the countries whose holidays you want to import ➡ Adjust the list of public holidays manually as needed |
Adding a Custom Holidays
Click the Add button ➡ Specify the date of the additional holiday |
Optional: Create a Holiday Template
If you foresee the need for similar settings in the future, you can create and save a holiday template for easier reapplication. Name the template for easy reference.
