Effective since August 12, 2025
The product formerly known as Foresight Connect is now called BigTime Resource Management.
This name change is part of a broader effort to simplify and align product names across the BigTime platform. The tool's functionality remains the same—only the name has changed.
Why We Updated the Name
We want product names that clearly reflect each tool's function. The new name, BigTime Resource Management, better describes its value: helping you plan, allocate, and optimize staffing across your projects.
This change also aligns with the rest of the BigTime platform, which uses consistent, intuitive names for quoting, delivery, billing, payments, and reporting.
What’s Changed
- In the BigTime platform and the Knowledge Base (Help Center), the name Foresight Connect has been replaced with BigTime Resource Management.
- All newly published articles in this Help Center will consistently refer to the tool as BigTime Resource Management.
What Hasn’t Changed
- The way the tool works.
- Your historical data, schedules, or assignments.
- The workflows you're already familiar with.
If You Still See the Old Name
Some existing articles in this Knowledge Base still refer to Foresight Connect. That content remains accurate, but keep in mind that:

We’re updating articles on a rolling basis. In the meantime, you can always refer back to this note when you come across the previous name.
