Overview
In this guide, we’ll walk you through all the steps a System Administrator should take to complete your organization's initial configuration in Foresight Connect.
The guide is designed to list the individual steps, provide a general overview of each step, and link you to detailed instructions. If it's easier for you, you can use it as a checklist.
Implementing Foresight will be quick and enjoyable with this organized approach.
Step 1: Configure Company Information
Fill in your company details under the Settings - General section, including:

Step 2: Configure Identity Providers and 2FA

Step 3: Add Security Groups
Security Groups define groups of users with different permission levels in your organization. Creating Security Groups streamlines the process of assigning specific user rights.
Typically, permission levels are tied to organizational roles. To simplify, instead of assigning permissions to individual users, you can configure Security Groups (e.g., Staffers, Project Managers, Sales, Senior Leadership Team, HR). When adding users, you can simply assign them to the appropriate group.

Step 4: Add Staffers
Once you’ve finished adding security groups, the next step is to add users to your organization. All you need is their first name, last name, email, and permissions. At this stage, you’ll assign users to the security groups you’ve already created.
